Interest in a 3CS postcard exchange?

I’ve been thinking about hosting a 3CS postcard exchange and wanted to see if there’s interest in it. Here’s how it would work.

I’ll announce a theme and then open up signups for about 2 weeks. Once signups are closed I will email the address list to every member. You would make a postcard and mail it to everyone on the list. I usually allow a month to make and mail the cards.
If this is something you would be interested in, please let me know your thoughts on these questions or any other questions that you might have.

Would you prefer a design theme or a technique theme swap?

Would you like to limit the size of the swap group and , if so, what would you want that to be?

How much time would you like to allow for making and mailing the cards?

It’s almost time for the last prize package to be given away for the Block of the Month project here at Three Creative Studios. One week from today, midnight on June 15, is the deadline to share a photo of your finished block #9 in the forums.

Here is what a lucky winner will get:

Includes: Blended Quilt Backgrounds by Jean Biddick, Mistyfuse, hand dyed fabrics by Vicki Welsh, package of soy silk roving, 1" x 6" Omnigrid ruler, Wonderfil thread, Fray Check, sewing maching needles, handmade book/journal and a knitted/felted pouch by Terri Stegmiller.

But wait! We will have more prizes. At a later date, which will be announced soon, you will have the opportunity to win if you share a photo of your completed quilt top. We are planning on sharing some border and sashing ideas with you so that you have some ideas on ways to finish your quilt blocks from the BOM project. Watch for those finishing ideas in the next newsletter.
