My Daily Puzzle

When the word puzzle came to me I thought about what the biggest puzzle in my life would be. Like all other women who do so many things , play so many roles, and juggle so many hats I realized that my daily life is the biggest puzzle of all. “Who will I be today?” is an ever present thought and the hope is that you don’t lose who you really are in amongst all of the demands of your life. Why not be the rock star, the artist, the mountain climber?

I had fun playing with the same profile treating each section with a different point of view. Lots of free motion and satin stitching complete the piece and I even got got use some hand painted fabric( SKY) that I made in a class given by Mickey Lawler at the Vermont Quilt Festival.

Here you can see the quilting and the free motion, she is even wearing pearls.

We are wonderful aren’t we? Look at all of the things that we do.This is my homage to women everywhere.

This has been a fun challenge, can’t wait for part 2. Cathy
